Cut-to-Size and Project Products

In project products each piece must be the right size in the right place. On our cut-to-size line fayans (tiles), skirting, steps, window sills, countertops and vanity tops are produced with bridge saws and five-axis CNC machines.

Our capability

• Standard tiles: 30x60, 40x80, 60x60, 60x120 cm and made to measure
• Edge profiles: straight, bevel, half-bullnose, full-bullnose, ogee
• Steps and landings: anti-slip surface and nosing
• Countertops and vanity tops: cut-outs, upstands and drip grooves
• Numbered packs: floor-unit-room label on every piece

Precision and control

The cutting tolerance is ±0.5 mm and the thickness tolerance ±0.5 mm. Each pack leaves with a dimension-check form and photo. Production starts after the customer approves the shop drawing; labels are updated in a revision.

Sampling and approval

Before moving to series production an approval sample (pilot piece) is prepared for each project. The sample is sent to the customer with photos and a dimension report; the production order is issued after surface, edge profile and tone are approved. This step markedly reduces the risk of errors and returns in mass production.
